Yes, Members of the public or businesses (excluding financial institutions and law firms) who register 10 or fewer documents annually can mail your forms to Teranet Manitoba. This includes all of our forms (transfer, mortgage, discharge, caveat, etc.).
Along with your documents, you must complete and submit a Registration Details Application (RDA) form.

As required by the Registrar-General of Manitoba, all financial institutions, law firms, and any other clients who register more than 10 documents annually must use eRegistration.
