To begin your search, you'll need your title number. You can find this number on your Notice of Registration statement, property tax bill, or on an older copy of your Title.

Search with the Government of Manitoba Property Assessment tool (for municipalities)
Search for a Title:
Enter the title number in the search field. (you must have a title number, you cannot search by legal description. If you only have a legal description please contact our Client Service team to assist you).
Select the title you want to order from the search results.
Enter your contact information for the receipt and pay for your order.
Download all PDF copies of your order and your receipt. (you must download the title or document it will not be emailed to you).
Deeds and Paper Titles
Please note that only electronic titles will appear in the search results. To obtain a deed or paper title, please submit a Service Request form to our Client Service Team.
Roll number is the numeric identifier of a property, it cannot be used to search for a title in title check.
Instruments are documents, such as a transfer, mortgage, plan or certificate of title it can be searched in Title check by registration number.
