Please note that a survey plan will show your property boundaries, but will not display the location of any buildings or structures. To obtain a building location certificate please contact a Manitoba Land Surveyor.

Our offices can only search from a title number or a legal land description. If you need assistance in locating a property's address within the City of Winnipeg, you may want to visit their 311 counter in person at 510 Main St. where they'll have a public kiosk where you can do an address search and find out the current registered owners and title number.

If you live outside of Winnipeg, the property search feature provides several methods to help you find the roll number, title number and assessment details for properties in Manitoba.  https://www.gov.mb.ca/mao/public/search_select.aspx
