The steps below provide a high-level overview of the process of registering a discharge for a private individual (those defined by the following Registrar-General Directive are mandated to use eRegistration: https://teranetmanitoba.ca/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/eRegistration_launch_20171217.pdf).
Step 1: Complete the current discharge form

Step 2: Complete the current Registration Details Application (RDA)

Step 3: Print and sign the documents
Once you complete both forms:
- Print the discharge and RDA form.
- Ensure the discharge form is signed and dated.
Step 4: Submit the original documents
Submit the original signed documents for registration along with the registration fee. You can either drop them off in person or mail them to our office.

Payment options include:
- Cheque (included with your mailed submission).
- Cash, credit, and debit payments are accepted in person at any of our six Manitoba locations.
