What type of death certificate do you accept?

We require a death certificate produced by the Vital Statistics Agency where the deceased passed away inside the Province of Manitoba. We cannot accept a funeral director’s certificate. We require a similar type of document from the jurisdiction in which the death took place where the individual passed away outside of the province.
