If a new surveyor takes over a plan, whenever possible the original surveyor must contact us and advise Examiner of Surveys of who the new surveyor is. If the original surveyor is not available the new surveyor can notify the Examiner of Surveys with an explanation. The new surveyor must fulfill all professional requirements to ensure that they can attest to their supervision of the survey.
