All law firms, financial institutions and any other client who submits more than 10 land titles documents per year must submit their documents using eRegistration.
Private individuals or businesses (besides law firms and financial institutions) who submit 10 or fewer documents per year can mail their documents to a land titles office for registration. In addition to the documents, you must include a completed Registration Details Application (RDA) form.
Payment can be in the form of a cheque or, if paying in person, by cash, debit or credit card. Please note that you cannot pay for land transfer tax with a credit card.
