Yes. A recent Order made under The Emergency Measures Act, dated May 13, 2020, temporarily suspended the in-person commissioning and witnessing provisions. With the Order in effect, videoconferencing can now be used where an oath or affirmation is required and for witnessing all forms under The Homesteads Act. A completed video witnessing certificate (Form 32) must accompany any document witnessed by video.
